Francolympiades calls year 5 & 6 students to draw their vision ofcitizenship

Francolympiades organises in 2013 the second edition of the drawing competition 'Art of Living Together' in collaboration with VOV. Year 5 and 6 students drew citizenship from their perspectives on the occasion the the European Year of Citizens.

Last year, more than 3000 students participated in the same competition that was themed on cultural diversity. 60 finalists exposed their drawings at the Bozar.

This year, Francolympiades chose the theme of Citizenship as 2013 is the European Year of the Citizen.

The artist Arne Quinze, Prof. Dr. Piet Van Avermaet (UGent), Doctor of Arts Ronny Delrue (Sint-Lucas) and artist Sevim Unal were part of the jury. The first prizes were a week-end trip, a videogame, tickets to ride parks and puzzles.
