The participants spent 90 minutes solving questions from a hard maths exam. After the quiz, they relaxed until the award ceremony. Some played football in the sports hall while others spent their time drawing. There was also a projection of a movie for the guests, and a cafeteria for those who were a bit hungry.
The theatre hall of Ecole des Etoiles was already full when the award ceremony was about to start. After the laureates finally got announced, everyone received their prizes and Quentin Claus got the first prize by Prof. Dr. Murielle Cherpion, maths professor at the Catholic University of Leuven. This project initiated by Francolympiades will be organised each year.
