Member association Vuslat Genk participates in Levensloop Genk

Last weekend, Vuslat Genk’s volunteers tried to raise as many funds as possible at the event Levensloop (Lifecycle or Life walk), which lasted for 24 hours, and the funds are intended to support those organisations committed to combating cancer. The whole event long, Vuslat Genk sold kebab and sarma, stuffed vine leaves. The volunteers also participated in the walk itself. As was the case last year, the volunteers took up shifts to man their stand 24 hours long. All in all, time flew by, partly because of the volunteers who remained focused on their goal: supporting the victims of cancer.
